
Our Marula Mango Sauce is a time-saver when making this sweet and spicy pork dish your family will love.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
5 bone-in pork copes
Dry rub:
2 teaspoons smoked paprika
1 teaspoon curry powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Lesedi Farm Marula Mango Sauce
Olive oil
Cilantro to garnish
HOW TO MAKE IT
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Mix the smoked paprika, curry powder, salt and pepper to create the dry rub
Rub both sides of each of the pork chops with the dry rub
Add olive oil to an oven-safe pan and, when hot, add pork chops and sear for 1-2 minutes on each side
Then top each of the pork chops with 2 tablespoons of our Marula Mango sauce
Place pan with pork chops in the preheated oven for 10 minutes
When pork chops are done, remove from the oven and let sit for 5 minutes
Serve garnished with cilantro and additional Marula Mango sauce on the side.
Serve with a simple green salad and crusty bread.
